AG is an independent and impartial valuation and advisory company
serving institutional investors. We draw on a pool of over 200 highly
qualified, mainly publicly appointed and inaugurated, valuers who
are members of BIIS Bundesverband der Immobilien-Investment-Sachverständigen
e.V. and who, every year, value real estate worth more than 150
billion Euros. The knowledge and experience of our valuers is collected
in BIIS AG and the benefits are passed on to our clients.
As a valuation
company, we specialise in the valuation of complex real estate portfolios
in Germany and abroad and provide impartial asset and value analyses
for accountancy and corporate purposes, based on carefully compiled
documentation. Valuations
follow national and international appraisal standards (IAS/IFRS).

caused by other activities which could influence the valuation,
such as agency, letting, advisory, property management or instruction-bound
employment relationships, are systematically avoided.
